CASSAVA CAKE | EASY & SIMPLE RECIPE

My yummy and easy CASSAVA CAKE RECIPE. In this recipe I used frozen grated cassava that you can buy in any Asian store. You can also use fresh cassava and just grate it yourself using a cheese grater or a food processor. ( I prefer the fresh cassava because the taste is much more yummy than the frozen one, but if you cannot find the fresh cassava in your place then the frozen one is okey!)

❀ Ingredients
coconut milk (1 can)
evaporated milk (1 can)
condensed milk (1 can)
1/2 cup sugar
1 pack grated cassava (can be frozen or fresh)
2 eggs
cheese or grated dried coconut (optional)

Toppings:
1 egg
condensed milk
evaporated milk

❀ BAKED at 180c for 1 hr
(add 10 minutes for the toppings)
