Beached Eyeshadow Palette – Urban Decay

Hi guys! I’m back and I’m happy to say that it is officially summer time now here in Sweden 😊 .  Oh I can’t wait, because this season is happen to be our Semester too!  (semester means VACATION! LOL).  Anywayhighway!  I went on online summer shopping last week and I bought myself a new bikinis, highlighter, beach bag and this New Urban Decay “Beached Eyeshadow Palette”.

I will not tackle about the highlighter or the beach bag or any other stuff that I bought 😉 hehe But! I am more excited to share to you guys my thoughts and review about the Beach Palette of Urban Decay.  This is my second palette from UD and I have been testing it out for several days now.  I’m loving it and I am so happy that I bought it.

This  eyeshadow palette is from their limited edition Beached Summer Collection  that is recently released this year. The Beached Summer collection include that eyeshadow palette, three (3) lipsticks, two (2) eye pencils and  two (2) Matte Bronzers. I didn’t  have plan to get the whole collection  (I know my wallet will not agree on that too! LOL) one palette is enough for me.

The palette cost me around   385 Kr  Swedish krona, depending on which country you live and I didn’t know if it’s available already in the other country (correct me if I’m wrong LOL) 😉 . For this price, which is I know it’s a little bit steep hehe but you’ll get eight beautiful eye shadows from which one shade has a matte finish and the rest are all shimmery and buttery.

The packaging is very beautiful  plus the palm tree design outside is really eye catching. I can say that the cardboard is really sturdy and compact it is easy to take with you while traveling. Unlike with their other eyeshadow palette I know that comes with brushes on it, this one didn’t have any applicator but it has a rectangular sized mirror inside.

I love the warm colors with that pop of blue on it and this is the first time I will use some shocking metallic blue/turquoise on my shadow Lol. I have tested it the other day and it turned out nice and perfect.  This shade makes me feel more excited to play and create more different eye look😊.

I was quite happy with the application it didn’t give me any hard time blending it and the color pay off. The shades are really intense and pigmented (as you can see on the picture above).

Here I used the blue, heatwave and daybreak for my shadow they looked amazing. (hahaha maybe only for me! but nah I’m proud of it!). Please don’t judge me as I am not a professional make-up artist 😉 . I’m just only a beginner in this field but I do enjoy making this kind of review and applying make-ups on my self is like a therapy for me. All I can say is the colors in the palette are gorgeous and perfect for summer looks! (see my IG post for this)
