CASSAVA CAKE | EASY & SIMPLE RECIPE

My yummy and easy CASSAVA CAKE RECIPE. In this recipe I used frozen grated cassava that you can buy in any Asian store. You can also use fresh cassava and just grate it yourself using a cheese grater or a food processor. ( i prefer the fresh cassava because the taste is much more yummy than the frozen one )

❤ Ingredients
coconut milk (1 can)
evaporated milk (1 can)
condensed milk (1 can)
1/2 cup sugar
1 pack grated cassava (can be frozen or fresh)
2 eggs
cheese or grated dried coconut (optional)

Toppings:
1 egg
condensed milk
evaporated milk

BAKED at 180c for 1 hr
(add 10 minutes for the toppings)
