[WATCHinHD] Hello Superfriends! I’m back sa balakubak! It’s spooky month now that’s why in today’s video is all about my Halloween gel polish that I made yesterday and I’m also happy to use this new 3D HOLO EFFECTS of Neonails that I bought last week. This 3D Holo Effect is a fine pollen that forms a multidimensional, holographic surface that shines in the colors of the rainbow and gives the manicure a unique charm. I also made a DIY dotting pen using only an old pencil and pin. I tried to buy the original dotting pen from their website but unfortunately they are out of stock, so why not make an alternative dotting pen right?
