Lets try the new viral food trend na LECHE FLAN BANANA CAKE. Sobrang sarap nya guys perfect combo ang banana cake at leche flan! Inspired by Erwan Heussaff’s “Leche Nana” Cake. Subukan nyo na!.Leche Flan Banana Cake is a combination of our two favourite Filipino desserts which is leche flan and banana cake in one. Hereโ€™s my version of the trending Leche Flan Banana Cake.

๐Ÿฐ INGREDIENTS:
CARAMEL SYRUP (0:23) :
ยพ Cup Sugar
150 ml WaterLECHE FLAN (1:05) :
5 Eggs
1 Can Condensed Milk ( 300ml)
1 Can Evaporated Milk (370ml)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt

BANANA CAKE (2:00) :
3-4 Bananas (mashed)
4 Eggs (separate YOLK-WHITE)
1 dl sour cream
1 ยฝ cup flour (sieve)
ยผ Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
ยฝ tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
ยฝ cup Oil
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla

๐Ÿฐ BAKE at 170ยฐC = 338ยฐF for 70 mins (7:34)

*USE WATER BATH BAKE METHOD – A water bath is simply a pan of hot water that you place in the oven. Also called a bain-marie, a water bath helps more delicate bakesโ€”particularly cheesecakesโ€”bake more evenly.

HOW TO MAKE Toasted Coconut

How to make TOASTED COCONUT FLAKES

Hello Superfriends! I’m back sa balakubak! Gagawa tayo ng Budbud na niyog or Toasted Coconut. Making toasted coconut is a very simple process and it’s easy to make it on your own rather than buying the one already made in the store.

Ingredients:
– Fresh grated coconut meat or dried coconut strips
– 1 tbsp of sugar (white or brown sugar)

You can use it as a toppings on your favorite kakanins (a filipinos sweet delicacies) such as sapin-sapin, kutsinta, palitaws, etc.

On the Stove: In a wide skillet combine the fresh grated coconut meat or dried coconut strips with 1 tbsp of brown sugar and mix thoroughly ( add more sugar if you like it more sweeter). Put it on over a medium heat. Cook, stirring regularly for about 1 to 3 minutes or coconut begins to brown. Turn off heat and continue to cook, stirring regularly, in the residual heat until mostly golden brown. Remove immediately from pan and allow to cool completely.
