Hello superfriends today is gagawa tayo ng TAHO (HOMEMADE TAHO FROM SCRATCH). Sino ba namn ang hindi namimiss kumain ng taho tuwing umaga lalo na kung mainit init pa at madaming sago! . Kung ikaw ay kagaya ko na nasa ibang bansa at sobrang miss na kumain ng taho, ituturo ko kung paano ba gumawa nito ng sa ganon ay hindi na kayo bibili pa ng mahal na taho dahil kaya nyo nang gumawa/magluto nito sa inyong kabahayan. INGREDIENTS TAHO FROM SCRATCH: FOR SMALLER PORTION
(using regular food grade gypsum powder which is powdery texture)
250g (1.5 cup of dry soybeans)
6 cups of water (for soaking)
6 cups of water (for grinding)
1 1/2 tsp of gypsum powder diluted in 50 ml of warm water

Homemade cinnamon rolls are special thing this autumn season with pair of hot chocolate or coffee. I made it with special vanilla glazing with cream cheese on it. How you’ll give it a try!

INGREDIENTS:
๐ For the dough:
1 cup lukewarm milk
2 teaspoons quick rise or active yeast
4 cups bread flour
ยฝ cup granulated sugar
84 g unsalted butter
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg plus 1 egg yolk, at room temperature
๐ For the filling:
1 cup sugar (white or brown sugar)
3 tbsp of Muscovado sugar
3 tbsp ground cinnamon
84g unsalted butter, room temperature
๐ For the cream cheese frosting:
115g (4 oz) cream cheese
ยพ cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
๐ Bake cinnamon rolls in Preheat oven 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until just slightly golden brown on the edges.

So let’s try the famous and popular food trends this quarantine. Here’s my famous sushi bake! For this recipe I used the Blue Dragon Sushi Meal kit for my sushi rice and this kit is good for 3-4 servings. Pwedeng pang-pamilya, pang-pulutan, pang-regalo o pang-benta! Salmon – (fried)
Crab stick
Cream Cheese
Kewpie – Japanese Mayonnaise
Sriracha
Sushi nori

๐ฃ Instructions:ย
Cook rice according to the package instructions.
When the rice is cooked, pour off the water and remove it in the bag. Mix over the sushi su-mix that is included in the bag. Let the rice cool and set it aside.
While we are waiting for the rice to cool down, we can now fry our salmon (lax).ย Just fry it in a pan (don’t seasoned it nor don’t over cook it).
After the salmon is cook shred as well as the surimi (crab stick) it using fork.
In a bowl, mix the shredded crab stick (surimi) & salmon with the cream cheese until it becomeย smooth. Add a little amount of fukikake seasoning, mix and set it aside.
Spread the sushi rice into an oven safe baking dish. Spread it evenly then lightly press down.
Add the creamy Salmon mixture on top then spread evenly.
Drizzle with Japanese Mayonnaise and Sriracha if desired.
Sprinkle onย furikake seasoning on top and done!
Bake for 200C for 15-20 minutes or until the top just begins to brown and bubble and the casserole is warmed through.
Enjoy by scooping a portion then wrapping it in nori ๐.

150 ml WaterLECHE FLAN (1:05) :
5 Eggs
1 Can Condensed Milk ( 300ml)
1 Can Evaporated Milk (370ml)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
BANANA CAKE (2:00) :
3-4 Bananas (mashed)
4 Eggs (separate YOLK-WHITE)
1 dl sour cream
1 ยฝ cup flour (sieve)
ยผ Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
ยฝ tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
ยฝ cup Oil
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
๐ฐ BAKE at 170ยฐC = 338ยฐF for 70 mins (7:34) –
*USE WATER BATH BAKE METHOD – A water bath is simply a pan of hot water that you place in the oven. Also called a bain-marie, a water bath helps more delicate bakesโparticularly cheesecakesโbake more evenly.
