HONEY ROASTED CASHEWS | KASOY SA AIRFRYER

Today we will roast KASOY (cashew nuts) in Philips Airfryer XXL and also will be using the Light Snack Kit Accessory of Philips. I love this Philips Light Snack Kit because it help to prevent the ingredients from flying and touching the heating element of your airfryer. If you plan to cook nuts or using airfryer you’ll need to have one this! Healthy snack nuts in a matter of minutes. Enjoy watching my Honey Garlic Roasted cashew (kasoy) cooked in airfryer.

You need:
500g cashew nuts (raw or grilled)
3 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
pepper
salt
garlic powder

It works well but the only downside of this product is the legs that flip out. It doesn’t stay put and I was constantly pulling them back out when checking the food. Also the tongs silicon tip donโ€™t fit into the openings well at all and I wonโ€™t try to use to remove the cover from the fryer any more. Will either use a fork or see if I can buy a smaller set of tongs.

It works well but the only downside of this product is the legs that flip out. It doesn’t stay put and I was constantly pulling them back out when checking the food.

Wish the height of theย legsย could be adjustable depending on the food you were trying to cook.

I try to make โ€œchips” andย  the chips actually come out super crispy! Way better than in a large oven, which would always be chewy.

BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE | 5k Subscribers

Celebrating my 5K subscribers in Youtube!!! yehhey Thank you guys so so much!! So here’s my version of Chocolate Banana Cake. Yummy na madali pa gawin ๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup or 60g cocoa powder
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup or 100ml cooking oil
1 cup or 200ml milk
3 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
50g melted butter

For the frosting:
2tsp cocoa powder
50g chocolate chips/bar
2 tsp corn flour
1/2 sugar
1 cup or 200ml milk
25g butter

Bake 170C for 50-60 mins

MY VERSION OF CHOCO BUTTERNUT MUNCHKINS

My own version of Choco butternut munchkins inspired of Dunkin. Ff you love Dunkin Donuts munchkins then this recipe will make you crave for this childhood classic mini donuts we grew up with.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup cocoa powder
ยฝ cup granulated sugar
ยฝ cup oil
3 small egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp instant coffee
2 cups flour
ยฝ tsp of salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp of powdered mild

Sugar GLAZE:
ยฝ cup icing sugar
3 Tablespoons water

BUTTERNUT STREUSEL:
ยผ cup margarine or butter, melted
Orange food color
1 cup almond flour (others use desiccated coconut)
ยผ icing sugar

You can Fry the dough or Bake in 170C-338F for 10-15 mins

EASY HOMEMADE UBE BARS | PANG MERYENDA

Today I will be making my own homemade UBE BARS! Simple recipe and so yummy! UBE BAR is a Filipino favorite snack that we can buy at the bakery, sari-sari store, or with the maglalako. They are made of baked bread dipped in sweet purple yam or ube syrup then coated in desiccated coconut. #EasyUbeBarRecipe #PilipinoBread #Pinay

โ˜•๏ธ Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
ยพ cup (185 g) butter – room temp.
1 tsp of vanilla (optional)
1 ยผ Milk or evap
1 can condensed milk
3 Tbsp Water (for ube syrup)
1 Tbsp Ube flavoring McCormick Ube extract
Toasted desiccated coconut

โ˜•๏ธ Instructions:

1. Start by making the dough. Pre-heat oven to 340F or 170C.
2 . In a large bowl, combine butter, flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla. Mix well until fully combined and a dough is formed.
3. Place the dough in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Stretch it evenly using your hands, a spoon, or a spatula.
4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated 350F /170C oven (Baking time and temperature depends on the oven you used)
5. Remove from the oven and transfer it to a wire rack. Let it cool and cut into rectangles or bars.
6. UBE SYRUP. In the meantime, combine condensed milk, ube extract and water in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
7. Toasted desiccated coconut in pan and heat it over medium-low heat for 3-6 minutes.
8. ASSEMBLY. Slice your completely cool bread into bars. Dip them in the ube condensed milk mixture then roll in coconut. Repeat for all the bars.

KALABASA LECHE FLAN | SQUASH CUSTARD

This Kalabasa Leche Flan is really easy to make and super yummy (quick & easy to find ingredients). Pumpkin or Kalabasa in Filipino is generally used as vegetable for cooking and don’t you know that kalabasa can now be made into a delightful dessert? yup, you can give it as a party favor or make it as a business! Try it guys I’m sure you’ll gonna love it!โค๏ธ

INGREDIENTS:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 yolks and 2 whole egg
Kalabasa (pumpkin) – boiled & mashed
1 tsp vanilla
Sugar & water (caramelized)
pinch of salt

Procedure:
1. Caramelize the sugar & water and line the pan mold.
2. Peel the kalabasa and boil for 20 minutes. Mash thoroughly using a fork.
3. Combine the mashed mixture, milk, egg and vanilla. Set aside.
4. Pour the mixture into the lined pan mold and cover with aluminum foil or plastic.
5. Bake using hot bath method or steam in hot water (double boiler) for 25 minutes or until done.
6. Chill and serve.
