I LOVE this cleansing balm and trust me when I say this clean the crap out of my face! – and it does!. The magic of this balm is that it turns to an oil texture as you rub it into your skin and by that you can easily massaged & rub the products into your whole face and whoalla! it will melt away all your makeup – just like magic and it really amazed me!. It doesn’t leave any residue, and removes every trace of makeup, oil and dirt. Like I’ve said this is my first time trying a balm cleanser because I typically use micellar or oil cleansers when removing my makeup, so using a balm is quite new to me but now I’m a fan and this is my new favorite!.
I like that you can use it as a facial cleanser anytime and it can also be used to remove your make-up as well. It feels great and relaxing as you massage the balm on your face. It rinses easily with water and does not leave your skin feeling dry after using it. You only need to use a small amount to clean your entire face but it also depends on how heavy your makeup is. The more heavy your makeup is the more products you’ll need to use. It does not do a great job of removing my waterproof eyeliner just to let you know. (it requires a lot of scrubbing hahaha).
It does have a noticeable fragrance to it, something like a minty refreshing smell of a SPA (if you’ve been to a spa you know the smell I am talking about). You might say it’s a bit of a strong smell but for me I find it relaxing though. It has a buttery consistency and I do use a damp towel or a round cotton pad to facilitate makeup removal but on a regular basis I only use my palm to massage it on my face.
It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized every time I use it. The cleansing ability is great!! It really removes makeup and grime, making my skin feel sooo good. This is a great luxury balm. Yes this product is a bit expensive, but it is so worth it.
The only thing I suggest is try to use scooper to remove the product from the jar so it will not be contaminated. Overall I really recommend this product as it is a bit expensive but worth it to splurge a little bit!

I absolutely love this face cream – great moisturizer!. My skin is so dry and I’m in my late 30’s, so a good moisturizer is really a must for me. I love that this is SPF and moisturizer in one. What else can you ask for right?. This product applies as smooth as silk and is cool to the touch. It is so rich and moisturizing. It definitely keeps my face hydrated and my skin has been so happy with this. Goes on very light, does not feel greasy or heavy.
Packaging is excellent. It comes in a blue/green clear glass container with a very nice lid!, it has a weight on it and feels so luxurious. The fragrance is light and clean (not perfumey) and does not overwhelm you when you apply it. I did not break out when I started using it which is a big plus for me.
I haven’t used it for a very long time yet, but so far I love it. Yes it is pricey, but in my opinion, I think it is well worth the price. Definitely recommend for people who are in their late 30’s!. So best to invest in good quality skin care products like elemis.

By far my favorite skin product! very convenient that it is already in thin cotton pads for easy use. It does remove the remaining dirt, residue, oil, whatever from my face and leaves my skin fresh and clean. They exfoliate but they are not rough on the skin, just perfect!. They also even out the skin texture which is promising!. The pads have a fresh fragrance but not overpowering, I actually like the smell of it.
The container does not come in a box and it doesn’t have a seal on top of the inside of the jar, and it only has a small silver sticker on the outside. The jar feels heavy and cool to touch and very well made.
The pads themselves are really soaked in the product (very well saturated and not dry at all) so I use it not only on my face but also for all over my neck. I decided I will not use it everyday as it is only 60 pcs in total, so I will be using it only twice a week, I think it would be okay to make it last longer hehe. I also pair it with the Elemis pro collagen marine cream and it has done wonders for my skin. I cannot attest to how the product works just yet because I just started using it, but so far I love it. I am thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend them.

Overall I really like the products and I’m so happy!. Thank you so much Elemis and Lyko! I cannot believe that I won this amazing skincare set. The price of each single item here is above my price range when it comes to a skin care product hahaha I am more into drugstore line skin care products that are very affordable, so owning a luxury British skincare brand is really awesome for me!.
