BAKED PORK ASADO SIOPAO | PORK BUNS


My Easy Baked Pork Asado Buns. Pang-meryenda, pang almusal or pang benta! I-try mo na siguradong hindi ka magsisisi :). Napakadali lang ng recipe na ito at super yummy pa. Pwede nyo rin gamitin ang manok kung ayaw nyo ng pork, at pwede nyo rin lagyan ng nilagang itlog sa loob or simple cheese para mas lalong yummy at espesyal.

BAKED SIOPAO ASADO INGREDIENTS:
💋 Dough
1 1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 tsp instant yeast
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup milk powder/ skimmed milk
1/4 cup oil
3 1/4 cups flour [bread flour or APF ]
pinch of salt

💋Asado Filling
Boiled & shredded PORK meat (or chicken if you like)
Onion (chopped)
Garlic (minced)
1/2 cup sugar
Ground black pepper
Salt
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Water
21tbsp cornstarch (dilluted in water)
2 pcs. small star anise

✴️Bake @ pre-heated oven180C for 20-25 mins. or until golden brown.

BEST BUTTER COOKIES WITH MANGO JAM

So here is my own version of Danish Butter Cookie Recipe. I added Mango jam for oh so yummy flavor! #ButterCookies #CookieRecipe #baking

☀ Ingredient:
1 tsp Vanilla / Vanilj
250g Salted butter or Regular Butter (add pinch salt if regular butter) /Smör
130g Icing sugar (confectioner’s sugar) / Florsocker
30g Powdered Milk / Mjölkpulver
70g Corn starch / Majsstärkelse
1 Egg /Ägg
270g Cake flour / Mjöl

Bake in 180C for 10-15 minutes depending on their thickness. (check occasionally)

BANANA CHOCOLATE CAKE | 5k Subscribers

Celebrating my 5K subscribers in Youtube!!! yehhey Thank you guys so so much!! So here’s my version of Chocolate Banana Cake. Yummy na madali pa gawin 🙂

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup or 60g cocoa powder
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup or 100ml cooking oil
1 cup or 200ml milk
3 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
50g melted butter

For the frosting:
2tsp cocoa powder
50g chocolate chips/bar
2 tsp corn flour
1/2 sugar
1 cup or 200ml milk
25g butter

Bake 170C for 50-60 mins

KALABASA LECHE FLAN | SQUASH CUSTARD

This Kalabasa Leche Flan is really easy to make and super yummy (quick & easy to find ingredients). Pumpkin or Kalabasa in Filipino is generally used as vegetable for cooking and don’t you know that kalabasa can now be made into a delightful dessert? yup, you can give it as a party favor or make it as a business! Try it guys I’m sure you’ll gonna love it!❤️

INGREDIENTS:
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 yolks and 2 whole egg
Kalabasa (pumpkin) – boiled & mashed
1 tsp vanilla
Sugar & water (caramelized)
pinch of salt

Procedure:
1. Caramelize the sugar & water and line the pan mold.
2. Peel the kalabasa and boil for 20 minutes. Mash thoroughly using a fork.
3. Combine the mashed mixture, milk, egg and vanilla. Set aside.
4. Pour the mixture into the lined pan mold and cover with aluminum foil or plastic.
5. Bake using hot bath method or steam in hot water (double boiler) for 25 minutes or until done.
6. Chill and serve.

SUSHI BAKED USING BLUE DRAGON SUSHI MEAL KIT

So let’s try the famous and popular food trends this quarantine. Here’s my famous sushi bake! For this recipe I used the Blue Dragon Sushi Meal kit for my sushi rice and this kit is good for 3-4 servings. Pwedeng pang-pamilya, pang-pulutan, pang-regalo o pang-benta! Subukan nyo na gumawa ng BAKED SUSHI at siguradong masasarapan kayo!

🍣INGREDIENTS:
Blue Dragon Sushi Meal Kit
Salmon – (fried)
Crab stick
Cream Cheese
Kewpie – Japanese Mayonnaise
Sriracha
Sushi nori
Furikake

🍣 Instructions: 

Cook rice according to the package instructions.

When the rice is cooked, pour off the water and remove it in the bag. Mix over the sushi su-mix that is included in the bag. Let the rice cool and set it aside.





While we are waiting for the rice to cool down, we can now fry our salmon (lax).  Just fry it in a pan (don’t seasoned it nor don’t over cook it).

After the salmon is cook shred as well as the surimi (crab stick) it using fork.

In a bowl, mix the shredded crab stick (surimi) & salmon with the cream cheese until it become  smooth. Add a little amount of fukikake seasoning, mix and set it aside.

Spread the sushi rice into an oven safe baking dish. Spread it evenly then lightly press down.





Add the creamy Salmon mixture on top then spread evenly.

Drizzle with Japanese Mayonnaise and Sriracha if desired.





Sprinkle on  furikake seasoning on top and done!

Bake for 200C for 15-20 minutes or until the top just begins to brown and bubble and the casserole is warmed through.

Enjoy by scooping a portion then wrapping it in nori 👇.

CHICKEN MECHADO RECIPE | FILIPINO FOOD

My own recipe of CHICKEN MECHADO Filipino style. Simple and easy to cook. Hope you like my recipe and let me know in the comment section below if you also like Chicken mechado.

Ingredients:

🌺 4 pcs chicken breast cut into small (breast, drumsticks or wings)
🌺 2 cloves garlic , chopped
🌺 1 medium onion , chopped
🌺 3 tbsp soy sauce
🌺 2 bay leaves
🌺 1 cup water
🌺 1 green bell pepper , cut into large chunks
🌺 2 medium carrots , peeled and cut into large chunks
🌺 2 medium potatoes , peeled and cut into large chunks
🌺 1 knorr chicken cubes
🌺 1tbsp sugar
🌺 Salt
🌺 ground black pepper
🌺 oil

Cooking Procedure:

1.  In a wok, saute garlic and onions.
2. Add chicken and stir fry until its color change to slightly brown.
3. Add water (just enough to cover the chicken), tomato sauce, soy sauce, laurel leaf, bell peppers, potatoes, carrots, and black peppers.
4. Bring to boil then lower the fire and simmer for at least 20~30 minutes or until the meat becomes tender. No need to add additional water if there are already enough build up of oil from chicken fats.
5. Cover the pan during cooking.
6. Finally, make a taste test.
7. Add salt seasoning if necessary
Serve while still hot.
