How to Cook Chicken Inasal in Air Fryer yung ala Mang Inasal Chicken. If your are like me living abroad eh hinahanap-hanap natin ang mga pagkaing pinoy kaya namn gumawa ako ng HOMEMADE CHICKEN INASAL na napakadali lang gawin at lutuin. Sigurado akong magugustuhan nyo ito guys kaya namn tara na nood na!!

You need:
Chicken Legs
Garlic (minced)
Ginger (minced)
Lemon grass/ Tanglad (minced)
pepper
1/4 cup sugar (brown or white)
1/4 cup Lemon / kalamansi
1/4 cup Soy sauce / Toyo
1/2 cup Vinegar

It works well but the only downside of this product is the legs that flip out. It doesn’t stay put and I was constantly pulling them back out when checking the food. Also the tongs silicon tip don’t fit into the openings well at all and I won’t try to use to remove the cover from the fryer any more. Will either use a fork or see if I can buy a smaller set of tongs.

Wish the height of the legs could be adjustable depending on the food you were trying to cook.

I try to make “chips” and  the chips actually come out super crispy! Way better than in a large oven, which would always be chewy.

CHICKEN MECHADO RECIPE | FILIPINO FOOD

My own recipe of CHICKEN MECHADO Filipino style. Simple and easy to cook. Hope you like my recipe and let me know in the comment section below if you also like Chicken mechado.

Ingredients:

đŸŒș 4 pcs chicken breast cut into small (breast, drumsticks or wings)
đŸŒș 2 cloves garlic , chopped
đŸŒș 1 medium onion , chopped
đŸŒș 3 tbsp soy sauce
đŸŒș 2 bay leaves
đŸŒș 1 cup water
đŸŒș 1 green bell pepper , cut into large chunks
đŸŒș 2 medium carrots , peeled and cut into large chunks
đŸŒș 2 medium potatoes , peeled and cut into large chunks
đŸŒș 1 knorr chicken cubes
đŸŒș 1tbsp sugar
đŸŒș Salt
đŸŒș ground black pepper
đŸŒș oil

Cooking Procedure:

1.  In a wok, saute garlic and onions.
2. Add chicken and stir fry until its color change to slightly brown.
3. Add water (just enough to cover the chicken), tomato sauce, soy sauce, laurel leaf, bell peppers, potatoes, carrots, and black peppers.
4. Bring to boil then lower the fire and simmer for at least 20~30 minutes or until the meat becomes tender. No need to add additional water if there are already enough build up of oil from chicken fats.
5. Cover the pan during cooking.
6. Finally, make a taste test.
7. Add salt seasoning if necessary
Serve while still hot.
