If there’s one thing that get’s me more excited here in Sweden, is SPRING TIME! 🌸. I love every minute of this season not only because everything are starting to bloom again but because I can finally wear some of my lighter clothes like t-shirt, dresses and my favorite sandals/flip flop 😊 (yas! and I’m wearing it right now and its kinda weird looking! IKR?) Lol. Officially no more winter coat and thick shawl to carrying around with me 😉.
This bohemian floral prints dress I am wearing is from H&M | Divided and it’s really pretty. I love that it has a half sleeve on it that is really good for spring weather as well as through the whole summer too. I adore any swing dresses coz its comfortable and airy. It doesn’t matter if it’s maxi dress or knee high style as long as it is so cute and comfortable on my body! Got this dress a year ago and I saw the same dress online at H&M site but in a Chiffon fabric now CLICK HERE 👈 (mine is in cotton fabric)

Whenever I hear the word GEKÅS ULLARED it always makes my heart skip happy and jump to the highest level LOL because it only means SHOPPING TIME!! Who doesn’t like shopping! right? 😉
If we have Divisoria in Philippines here in Sweden they have place called Gekås Ullared. Every Swede knows what Gekås Ullared is, it is the biggest and cheapest store to buy stuff in Sweden. Aside of that! When I first came here in Sweden, everyone I met used to ask me if I have ever been there before (guess what? one of that is my mother in law LOL!) She loved Ullared so much and so do I!.

August 📝 is our last month of SUMMER here in Sweden. Yep it is real! Swedish fall start from September to October so it only means that dark season rather COLD season will come pretty soon ❄ . In this time of the year also we are really prone to have a dry skin from head to toe especially on our lips 💋 which I really don’t like at all. Luckily, we can take care of our lips now with some homemade lip scrub 😉 so why buy expensive lip scrub if you can make it at home right? just explore your kitchen.
While it is easy to notice dry skin on our body like our legs and arms and even our scalp, we often forget that our lips are skin too. Our lips need to exfoliate, treated and moisturize too because when cold and dry weather is ON, our lips are completely dry and easily become chapped and rough.
Your homemade lip scrub can be flavored to your own specifications or whatever fruits you have at home. Since I have Kiwi at home I decided to use it as a flavor of my lip scrub 😉. Also, I search online that Kiwi is a great natural exfoliant.
Lets Start Making KIWI Lip Scrub:
You only need three ingredients to make your own homemade lip scrub
🌻 Sugar (normal sugar)
🌻 Coconut oil (Kung Markatta Kokosolja Virgin)
🌻 Kiwi (you can use half of it or it depends if you only want to make small amount of lip scrub)
Just mix them all together until well combined (mashed your kiwi, coconut oil and sugar)
