Pork Siomai is a traditional Chinese dumpling that made its way to the heart of the every Filipinoโs. You can easily find it everywhere whetherย in any restaurant, food stall, and street food. It is also good for meryenda or movie time, sometimes I serve it as a finger food for a party (If you are a Filipino, you know that we occasionallyย have heavyย finger food while drinking and siomai is one of that ๐).
It is traditionally cooked through steaming, but nowadays they also served it fried complemented with chili soy sauce with calamansi. Yums!
