Kayangan Lake & Maquinit Hot Spring- Coron,Palawan

We had our trip last February 16-20 this year. My friends and I went to Coron,Palawan via Cebu Pacific. We availed one of DIY Coron’s service. Reuel my officemate is the one who made all the effort to make this trip worth a cent. DIY arranged everything for us (don’t know how much  we cost for that haha basta enjoy ok na Lol :P) services include airport transfer, lodging, boat trips, fees, breakfast an lunch during the tours, merienda ( which is maruya and softdrinks) 🙂  haha everything except for the airfare and DINNER!!!!!

We’re here!! Welcome to Busuanga Airport ✈

From the minute we landed into Busuanga Airport, they took care of everything. With banner pa nga hehe as a warm welcome haha. We were picked up by Kuya mabait (forgot his name) hahaha with his white van and drove us to Amphibi-ko lodge where we will stay.

Amphibi-ko lodge is just  a couple of steps away from the port area..:P  hmm really accessible hehehe.

The more the merrieR!! ⛵ Cost sharing Lol  🙂

we had our lunch at the boat mini dinning area haha medyo siksikan nga lang 🙂 but that was the best lunch ever!. It was a feast for us.. Mga hungry monster! Lol 🙂 we had ensaladang talong, seafood, banana and fried chicken para sa mga allergic sa seafood haha.

Whitewater Rafting Experience | Cagayan De Oro

Are you afraid of the Rapids ?
yell! hell yeaH!😊 but yes, I overcome this!!

Have you ever heard whitewater rafting at Cagayan De Oro? Yes, if you are updated it was actually visit and tried by our past president and tourism secretary several years ago to promote Cagayan de Oro’s top adventure activity. I highly recommend this activity!

Here it come!   so exciting!!
picture: me with PGMA in the picture

We booked package activity that includes zipline and rafting with free lunch. The package cost around 2,400 php per person including all ride zipline and a 4 hours whitewater rafting which I think is really a good deal. I’m so scared coz that was my first time doing whitewater rafting and I didn’t have any idea how to do it pa.  Plus, I heard some story pa na natanggalan daw sila ng ipin dahil sa tumama ang mukha sa mga bato or naipit sa ilalim ng rubber boat something like that! whaaa parang gusto ko na nga magback out that time pero naisip ko palng yung 2,400 na ibinayad ko hahaha bumabalik yung mga paa ko! hahaha 😂

My super team CDO

Good thing about this activity is that you don’t need to form a group just to do whitewater rafting. All you have to do is book a trip to CDO and go directly to the company that offers this kind of activity, and they’ll pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the destination (Cagayan River). Don’t worry if you’re just one or couples because they will re-group you with other guests.

KATIBAWASAN FALLS-Camiguin, Philippines

KATIBAWASAN FALLS – (Camiguin Island, Philippines)

Katibawasn falls is located at the foot of Mt. Timpoong, 5Km(3.1 mi) southeast of Mambajao, it measures 250 ft high. down into a man-made pool surrounded by orchids and wild greenly ferns. Water is superb relaxing and really cold but not good for diving :). From downtown Mambajao, you can hire a habal-habal or multicab that will takes 5-10 minutes travel.

You only have to pay 20 php entrance fee (per person) to be able to see and experience the Katibawasan falls.

Stunning Katibawasan Falls, Beautiful isn’t it?
The waterfall is the best back draft for your photo shoot 😛 hahaha!

The sight of nature was superb and worth it! . It was a perfect place to sink in after a long hours stay in white beach and for me it was even colder than the cold spring :). The falls was simply spectacular! The water was coming from high above the cliff and falling down like a giant shower!!

The water is of course ice cold so better condition yourself before plunging into the water 🙂 chillszz!!

Best of CAMIGUIN, Philippines

After we explore the beauty of white island, we all had to go back to our cottage  for  a quick lunch before we finally visited all the other notable tourist spots in the area.

I really like this picture because it looks like we are very happy and free!

FIRST STOP OVER: Catarman Church Ruins (Gui-Ob Church). The Old Catarman Church Ruins is located in Bonbon, it was the remains of the 1871 volcanic eruption that wiped out Catarman which was a picture of the illustrious Spanish settlement that was established in 1697, only the adobe walls and belfry was left as of today that survived the devastating wrath of nature. Nakaka-amazed yung structure kasi sabi ni manong tourist guide eh gawa daw sa corals yung church which is true nga 😊

Camiguin, Philippines “Come Again”

Try to visit Camiguin 🙂 A Hawaii version of the Philippines. Wherein there is lots of  mountain and active volcanoes that offer nice view on the Island. This place is really blessed on its cultural, and rich historical treasures that you will never forget. I should say Camiguin is indeed beautiful and I will call it paradise 🙂

Camiguin, Philippines

Leny and I

I really like the uninhabited white island called white sand beach. It ‘s about 1-2 kilometer far from the shore. Good thing is that we rented a cottage that is nearly close to the beach 😊. During high tides, this sand bar submerges on the sea and in low tide, you can actually go there and enjoy the fine sand and crystal clear water plus the nice view of Mt. Hibok-hibok.
