Banol & Coron Youth Club Beach,Coron,Palawan

Nature is not a place to visit, it is home

🙂 It’s true that nature is not just a place to visit like any famous places in the world.. It just as simple as what we called HOME 🙂 where you find  your comfort zone , friends, love and serenity .

Another exciting day for me!! wondering what is waiting for me on the other side!

Next destination Banol Beach 🙂 It was soo beautiful, I saw limestone rock formation and different kinds of cottages (KUBO kung baga hehehe!) this is bulit for excursionist for them to have a place to stay. I noticed also a small store in the island where you can buy chips and drinks...It has small stretch white beach that is enough for us to stroll and hang around for the next few minutes of stay.. 🙂 Some of my friend decided to have a quick nap of one of the cottages, while me and Leny of course Lol 😛 we roamed around the beach looking for a great view that will fits on our picture perfect souvenir hahaha so  it’s time to click and flick!! 🙂  haha ito na ang tinatawag na paitiman 😛

Siete Picados, Barracuda Lake & Twin Lagoon

This is the continuation of my Coron escapade, My second part of continuous journey!. I have my previous post before and if you haven’t yet  read the first one, click here. ☚

We started the day having a breakfast in Amphibiko lodge. Breakfast time to start the adventure! right? 😉 So I had a small serving of Cornsilog which is a short term for Corned beef, sinangag (fried rice) and pritong itlog (fried egg) plus a cup of kapeng barako that somehow helps complete my meal! then off to another expedition(but seriously I’m still GUTOM!! haha gutum much!)

Chitchat for a while  enjoying the cool breeze coming from the veranda

Off into the ocean and we went to our first stop SIETE PICADOS: We went snorkeling there and I was so delighted to see different kind of fish, especially the stripe one! I like it so much! Many of it like to swim with me too but I was just at the stairs holding my lifevest (takut eh!😂. The boatman told us not to step on the bottom because there are many sea urchins laying or hiding on to the corals so better be careful guys! (it is bit scary! right? but because I am not a good swimmer, it’s okey for me to staying afloat hehe. All in all we just spend 30 minutes in that place taking pictures and exploring the place.

Siete Picados: They said  it was one of the greatest snorkeling spot
Leny and I (another summer gateway with her)
My one and only picture with that fish!! hahaha 🙂 Come here little fishhy!! come to mama LoL!
OMG!! fish!! stop it.. feels like.. you guys imagining eating my butt!! amazing right?

In order to get to BARRACUDA LAKE: Our next stop! is to climb up again on tricky limestone rock with the help of this dos-por-dos wooden stairs hehehe 😊. The pathway to the lake was too small that allowing only a few people to hang around (bawal malikot or else hulog ka! hahaha)

We had our trip last February 16-20 this year. My friends and I went to Coron,Palawan via Cebu Pacific. We availed one of DIY Coron’s service. Whitewater Rafting Experience | Cagayan De Oro

Are you afraid of the Rapids ?
yell! hell yeaH!😊 but yes, I overcome this!!

Have you ever heard whitewater rafting at Cagayan De Oro? Yes, if you are updated it was actually visit and tried by our past president and tourism secretary several years ago to promote Cagayan de Oro’s top adventure activity. I highly recommend this activity!

Here it come!   so exciting!!
picture: me with PGMA in the picture

We booked package activity that includes zipline and rafting with free lunch. The package cost around 2,400 php per person including all ride zipline and a 4 hours whitewater rafting which I think is really a good deal. I’m so scared coz that was my first time doing whitewater rafting and I didn’t have any idea how to do it pa.  Plus, I heard some story pa na natanggalan daw sila ng ipin dahil sa tumama ang mukha sa mga bato or naipit sa ilalim ng rubber boat something like that! whaaa parang gusto ko na nga magback out that time pero naisip ko palng yung 2,400 na ibinayad ko hahaha bumabalik yung mga paa ko! hahaha 😂

My super team CDO

Good thing about this activity is that you don’t need to form a group just to do whitewater rafting. All you have to do is book a trip to CDO and go directly to the company that offers this kind of activity, and they’ll pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the destination (Cagayan River). Don’t worry if you’re just one or couples because they will re-group you with other guests.

KATIBAWASAN FALLS-Camiguin, Philippines

KATIBAWASAN FALLS – (Camiguin Island, Philippines)

Katibawasn falls is located at the foot of Mt. Timpoong, 5Km(3.1 mi) southeast of Mambajao, it measures 250 ft high. down into a man-made pool surrounded by orchids and wild greenly ferns. Water is superb relaxing and really cold but not good for diving :). From downtown Mambajao, you can hire a habal-habal or multicab that will takes 5-10 minutes travel.

You only have to pay 20 php entrance fee (per person) to be able to see and experience the Katibawasan falls.

Stunning Katibawasan Falls, Beautiful isn’t it?
The waterfall is the best back draft for your photo shoot 😛 hahaha!

The sight of nature was superb and worth it! . It was a perfect place to sink in after a long hours stay in white beach and for me it was even colder than the cold spring :). The falls was simply spectacular! The water was coming from high above the cliff and falling down like a giant shower!!

The water is of course ice cold so better condition yourself before plunging into the water 🙂 chillszz!!
